I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, wellness coach, and yoga lover with a passion for helping people find healing and growth. My approach blends mindfulness, body-based techniques, and self-compassion to help you reconnect with yourself. I believe in a collaborative process, where we work together as a team—exploring your challenges and growth opportunities side by side.

My Journey:
From Struggle to Strength

My path to becoming a counselor is personal. I’ve faced divorce, the death of a close friend, and mental health struggles. Through skilled therapists and bodyworkers, I turned my struggles into strengths. It took a lot of personal work to get to where I am today, and I didn’t walk this path by myself. Over the past 15 years, I’ve traveled and done my own research, exploring different healing modalities to deepen my understanding and support my own growth. I’m here to help you find your path, your voice, and your strength, blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices.

Bridging Cultures with Compassion and Connection

As a second-generation Chinese-Canadian, I’ve also navigated the complexities of cultural differences and the pressure to bridge two worlds—East and West. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for those dealing with cultural expectations and generational differences, and I speak Cantonese, making it easier to support clients from similar backgrounds.

I blend traditional counseling with body-based techniques like yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, helping you feel grounded in both mind and body. My goal is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself and reclaim your life.​​​
