 What should I expect from a session?

In our sessions, we’ll blend talking therapy with body-based techniques. We’ll explore what’s going on in your mind and emotions, but also how it’s showing up in your body. Expect mindfulness exercises, grounding techniques, and plenty of room to reflect and share.

 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens, and I get that! I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so as long as you give me a day's notice, we can reschedule without any fees.

How often should I come to counseling?

It depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others may come bi-weekly or monthly. We’ll discuss what feels best for you during our first consultation.​

 Can I come to counseling even if I don’t have a specific problem?

Absolutly, counseling is for anyone looking to explore themselves, improve well-being, or simply have a safe space to share your thoughts, gain more self-awareness, or work on personal growth.

Coverage Details: Coverage varies by plan, so it's essential to check with your insurance provider regarding your mental health benefits. The following cover counseling services under  RTC with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists (ACCT). but it's good to confirm the specifics. I can provide you with receipts for your sessions.
